CSci 132, Practical UNIX and Programming

This is a course that I designed as an alternative introduction to programming for students who do not intend to major in Computer Science but who have a need to know basic programming principles, and who wish to get up to speed quickly. It is a Perl programming course, with an introduction to the basic principles and tools of UNIX. The course requires no prior knowledge of programming or computers. The syllabus contains an hour-by-hour breakdown of the course.
