I have not taught this course since 2003. The content of the course has changed. In 2003, it covered the second half of the Patterson-Hennessey textbook, Computer Organization and Design: The Hardware/Software Interface. In particular it covered cache design, buses, memory hierarchies, processor-peripheral interfaces, and multiprocessors.
